Job Summary

e-Med is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This role will involve working in a fast-paced, growing organization where challenges and opportunities abound. The successful candidate will be part of our 24/7 operations, working hybrid, weekend, and rotating schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business to deliver exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of customer situations, providing helpful and timely resolutions.
  • Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries, document customer interactions, and issue replacements.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries while updating internal computer applications and systems.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work every day.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and proper grammar usage.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex processes to customers over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a responsible and reliable team player.
