Overview: As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the daily oversight of the outlet store, managing team members and store operations. Your role will include addressing customer service challenges and ensuring compliance with safety, customer service, loss prevention, and cash handling protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store
  • Uphold company standards for product presentation
  • Train new staff on sales strategies and visual merchandising
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and delegate daily responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations and manage financial deposits
  • Ensure adherence to safety, loss prevention, and cash handling guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in retail sales is essential
  • Familiarity with sporting goods is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in retail management is advantageous

Work Environment: Standard retail store atmosphere.
