Job Summary: Duquesne University is seeking a seasoned and talented fundraising professional to serve as its next Vice President for University Advancement. As a senior-level advancement executive, you will play a critical role in advancing our successful advancement portfolio and leading a dedicated team of gift officers and advancement professionals.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for building and maintaining long-term relationships with donors and prospective donors.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive institutional advancement program.
  • Develop a high-functioning, collaborative advancement team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in constituent engagement fundraising and communication.
  • A proven track record of accomplishment in capital campaign, principal, major and planned giving, and alumni engagement.
