Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn-out components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI software, and electrical controls.
  • Experience with fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PLC programming experience.
  • Ability to pull wire and bend conduit.
  • Welding skills.
