Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and management for cloud-based systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Leverage modern technologies to improve the efficiency and scalability of systems

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in server administration in an enterprise setting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange Systems, O365, and database administration
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining server systems, database, and cloud infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM)
  • Experience with SAN and NAS devices, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, VPN, and DNS
  • Strong team player with a results-oriented approach and a dedication to excellence

Education:

  • Associate degree in IT-related subject or relevant experience in a related field
