Job Title: Marketing Intern

Join The Boldt Company as a Marketing Intern and contribute to the success of our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating events, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics for public-facing events, including ground-breakings, ribbon-cuttings, and community events.
  • Provide administrative support in the development of customer-facing proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
  • Research and write project case studies and personnel profiles.
  • Strategize and order external giveaways and customer gifts.
  • Prepare and edit a range of documents, including proposals and presentations.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers, both internal and external.
  • Prepare content and pictures for social media communications.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
  • Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • Evidence of high academic achievement and prior leadership experience.
  • Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions:

The Marketing Intern will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to travel to various locations, including construction sites. The employee must be able to effectively communicate while on the job site and throughout the completion of duties.

The working conditions of this position require the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. The employee may be exposed to prolonged loud noises and may contain scents and fragrances.
