Touch Sensing Engineering Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our innovative Touch Sensing Technology team at Apple, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences for our world-renowned products.
This is a critical, highly visible role that requires a collaborative environment with creative, smart people and groundbreaking technologies. Engineering excellence is expected and encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead program execution directly with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Manage schedules, engineering builds, and development budgets, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs.
- Deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, fostering a culture of transparency and open dialogue.
- Read situations and step up to resolve conflicts, demonstrating strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, plus 3 years of relevant experience in a hardware development environment.
- Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams, including Electrical, Algorithms, Process, and Test Engineering.
- Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and necessary visas.
- Advanced engineering degree, such as a Master's or Ph.D.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Confident in delivering technical data, with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
- Ability to fit in well with a team, understand others' capabilities and priorities, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles, remaining flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
