Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of special education principles and best practices, as well as the ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, administrators, and other professionals.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with moderate to severe needs, including those with learning disabilities.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student growth and achievement.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to ensure seamless integration of special education services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and interventions.
- Must hold a valid teaching license in Special Education.
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience working with students with special needs.
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations (e.g., IDEA).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
