Job Description: As a Sales Floor Specialist at Costello's Ace Hardware, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by greeting every customer, answering their questions, and providing information on procedures and policies.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Greet every customer you make eye contact with, anywhere in the store
  • Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures and policies
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise in store, on acehardware.com, as well as, processing special orders


**Requirements:**
  • You must be able to reach frequently to a height of 6 feet
  • You must be able to carry up to 50 lbs., up to 10 feet, occasionally more
