Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in negotiations with landowners to facilitate the acquisition of right of way.
- Provide comprehensive support for the Distribution easement acquisition function.
- Maintain effective communication and organization throughout multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-9 years of relevant experience in right of way acquisition is required.
- High School diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and professionally for land rights acquisition.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in assembling and completing necessary documentation for land rights acquisitions.
- Familiarity with general computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capable of conducting title research and locating necessary documentation through various resources.
Expectations:
- Ability to multitask and manage files efficiently across various projects.
