Key Responsibilities- Providing direct care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
