We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Architecture to lead our growing Architectural team. Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
  • Architectural License

  • Experience in Federal, Higher Ed, and Municipal Building Design a plus
  • Fully capable architect with experience in Project Management and Client engagement
  • Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and other typical tools of the profession
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $137,000 to $225,000, depending on scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge, and experience. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
