- Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Interface: Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and detailed monthly operation reports, including statistics and customer service scores, to inform business decisions.

Pay Range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year
The company offers a competitive salary range, and the final starting salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
