Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team at Royal Life Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical functions of the facility, providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour management of all clinical functions
  • Oversee the admission and client intake process
  • Develop and implement plans for performance improvement
  • Evaluate the quality of program on an ongoing basis
  • Develop cost-effective methods to provide service
  • Provide for staff development and supervision
  • Facilitate communication with ancillary services
  • Recruit and interview new employees
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in a healthcare setting
  • LPC licensure required
  • CPR certification required
