Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Lead the design of user experiences, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are properly implemented and tested
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proven track record of success in leading design teams and driving business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and technologies
