As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg team, you will be responsible for providing immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital, and regulatory agencies. You will accurately assess patients' needs, identify behaviors that contribute to crisis situations, and utilize non-verbal and verbal techniques to de-escalate crises. You will also plan nursing interventions, establish a therapeutic alliance with patients, and demonstrate safe, accurate, and timely medication administration.

We are seeking a candidate who is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has a strong ability to utilize the nursing process and work collaboratively. No experience is required, but one year of medical/psychiatric experience is preferred. All employees must possess basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
