Nurse Practitioner

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Float Nurse. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients across various in-patient units and the Clinical Evaluation Center.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to care for patients with diverse needs and develop your clinical skills. As a Float Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients across various in-patient units and the Clinical Evaluation Center.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patients' needs and identify opportunities for improvement in patient care.
- Participate in leading patient groups and providing education to patients and their families.
- Supervise and direct Mental Health Workers as needed.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BSN preferred.
- Ability to utilize the nursing process and work collaboratively.
- No experience required; one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
