About the Opportunity

The Domestic Violence Resource Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our trauma support programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical supervision to graduate interns, manage caseloads, and coordinate outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to graduate interns, guiding them in their professional development and case management.
  • Manage caseloads, prioritizing tasks and maintaining accurate and complete client records.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to various organizations and communities, promoting our services and building partnerships.
  • Develop and implement new programs and initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to promote seamless service delivery and achieve program goals.
  • Foster relationships with community partners and organizations, promoting our services and building partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and three years of post-Master's experience.
  • Minimum 30 hours of clinical supervision training or willingness to complete training within six months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Oregon State mandatory reporting laws and VAWA/ HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience with group facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Compensation:

$68,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package.
