We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our accounting department.

Wheeling, IL - Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and review inventory and margin reports, conducting thorough research and analytical studies related to cost assessments and profitability.
2. Ensure the accuracy of moving-average costs.
3. Prepare detailed analyses of various account balances and assist in the month-end closing process.
4. Process specific invoices related to inventory and manage payment submissions.
5. Coordinate cycle counts and oversee physical inventory processes.
6. Provide management with summary reports regarding changes in inventory value and quantity.
7. Undertake special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
