Position Overview:

Collaborates with Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeepers to oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring that hotel standards are met and exceeded while delivering exceptional guest service.

Position Specifications:
  • Outlet: The Plaza
  • Expected Pay Range: $25.99 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
  • Skill Level: Advanced
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and allocate room assignments for daily cleaning services for guest rooms, common areas, and commercial spaces.
  • Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies, and enter data into the property management system.
  • Submit work orders as necessary.
  • Ensure an excellent experience for both internal and external guests.
  • Promote a culture of safety among staff and keep them informed of safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training housekeepers and housemen.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests.
  • Enforce policies and procedures.
  • Lead the department in the absence of housekeeping managers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Some experience with Microsoft Office Excel preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays.
The expected pay range is $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
