**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at Comerica. As a key member of our Retail Banking Center, you will play a critical role in contributing to the overall success of our banking centers by providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Marketing and Sales:**
    • Execute proactive marketing activities to attract, retain, and expand customer relationships.
    • Complete daily planning activities to ensure effective customer engagement.
    • Provide effective customer onboarding and engagement by strengthening new customer relationships and introducing customers to Comerica's products and services.
  • **Operational Risk:**
    • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Comerica's policies and procedures.
    • Complete necessary compliance-related training to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • **Customer Experience Management:**
    • Actively engage in Banker Readiness by developing an in-depth knowledge of consumer and small business products and services.
    • Lead and oversee banking center activities in the absence of the Banking Manager.
    • Consistently assess customer needs and add value to deepen existing relationships.
Requirements
  • **Education:**
    • Associate Degree or 60 college credits and 1 year of customer service experience.
    • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of customer service experience.
  • **Experience:**
    • 1 year of consumer/sales experience.
    • 1 year of personal computer, systems data entry, or internet search experience.
  • **Work Schedule:**
    • 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday; 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Friday; 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Saturday.
