About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Early Childhood Education Credentialing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to candidates and other customers through daily interactions.

As an Early Childhood Education Credentialing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many candidates, and your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information regarding their applications and credential status. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and files, ensuring compliance with our credentialing program requirements, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with the CDA Credentialing Manager and other staff members to ensure that all candidates receive the highest level of service.

About You
  • You will have a strong understanding of the early childhood education field and be familiar with the Child Development Associate (CDA) National Credentialing Program.
  • You will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
