Job Description

The Senior Care Associate is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves performing routine service duties and procedures necessary for the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in gerontology or a related field preferred
• Current Texas Nurse Aide Certificate required
