Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Allergy Mixing Specialist to join our team at Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing allergy immunotherapy extracts for patients with allergies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality allergy immunotherapy extracts for patients with allergies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of allergy extracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all allergy extracts prepared.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
  • Follow all HIPAA and OSHA safety protocols and procedures.
  • Adhere to USP797 guidelines to maintain a sterile environment for mixing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in mixing allergy extracts.
  • Knowledge of allergy immunotherapy and allergy extracts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification required.

Work Environment:

  • Medical office environment.
  • Work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Occasional overtime may be necessary.
