As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, you'll have the opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge products and services.

As a technical product manager, you'll work closely with experienced engineering, science, and product leaders to turn research vision and results into practical solutions that delight customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive a product vision and build a roadmap to deliver products and services that customers love.
  2. Work closely with engineering, science, and product leaders to turn research vision and results into practical solutions.
  3. Impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge products and services.
  4. Lead initiatives across the entire Alexa organization and impact the experience of all Alexa users.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits in addition to a competitive salary and equity package.
