About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their car buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Guide customers through the car buying process, from online sales to in-store purchasing
  • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor others as your skillset expands
  • Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
Requirements
  • Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
  • Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
