Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Oakland, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. We have five positions available, each requiring a commitment to providing exceptional onsite speech and language services.

Responsibilities:

* Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
* Deliver direct therapy services to students
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

* For SLP:

* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred

* For SLPA:

* Bachelors or Associates degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
* Current California state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
