Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Equity Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in the acquisition of companies across a variety of sectors and transaction structures, developing both the financial analysis of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting.
Responsibilities- Conduct investment research and financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
- Perform industry and competitive analysis, business diligence, and drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
- Assist in the execution and financing of transactions
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, Private Equity Middle Markets, or management consulting
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively, desire to work in a team environment, excellent attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment
Blackstone offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $140,000, with additional compensation and benefits.
