Job Summary

The Electronic Visit Verification Specialist will be responsible for providing training and support to Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) on the use of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems. This includes conducting issue-focused functional skills training, monitoring compliance with EVV usage, and providing technical assistance to PCAs and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and ongoing support for EVV systems
  • Monitor and report any issues with EVV usage
  • Conduct issue-focused EVV functional skills training within 3 business days of a request
  • Work with consumers and surrogates to resolve EVV-related issues
  • Provide technical assistance to PCAs and consumers on EVV usage
  • Collaborate with the PCM management team to ensure quality of services
  • Maintain confidentiality in all consumer-related issues
  • Attend in-service, supervision, and staff development meetings as requested
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience providing services for individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of PCA programs and EVV systems
  • Experience or education in skills training is required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to navigate databases
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Knowledge of community resources and social service systems
