Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive enterprise transformation and digital engineering initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts and packages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in systems analysis and integration, data modeling, software/system design, requirements analysis, and/or business process redesign.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF, DoDAF, UAF, etc.).
  • Proven deep knowledge in at least one technical area.
  • Experience with EA and/or Design Thinking (DT), road mapping, process modeling, information and data exchanges, persona development, journey maps, service blueprints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field of study.
  • Enterprise Architecture certification.
  • Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), System Modeling Language (SysML), and/or Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Federal Integrated Business Framework (FBIF).
