About the Role

As a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect specializing in Tableau, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and developing business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision making across the organization. With a strong background in complex enterprise architecture and expertise in leveraging data to deliver actionable insights, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Tableau analytics dashboards, from business requirements gathering to post-launch enhancements implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture and Design: Develop and implement scalable data architectures, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources and optimal performance of data models.
  • Tableau Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Tableau, focusing on user experience, data visualization, and dashboard performance.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Data Integration and ETL: Integrate data from various sources, conduct data cleansing, blending, and aggregation, and optimize data extracts for efficient data retrieval and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or Mathematics.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in using Tableau tools, with at least 5 years of hands-on exposure in developing end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise architecture.
  • Skills: Strong programming skills in R, Python, Java, MATLAB, C++, or Scala; solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and visualization; experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, MongoDB); and knowledge of API platforms.
