Job Title: Veterinary Care Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Care Coordinator to join our team at Veterinary United. As a Client Ambassador, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, creating a warm experience for pets and their people from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and their pets.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep medical charts updated.
- Handle transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, stocking, scanning, and uploading.
- Support kennel and boarding staff by walking/feeding dogs, cleaning kennels, and assisting with check-ins/check-outs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of customer service experience; reception experience preferred.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work around anxious or aggressive animals with confidence and care.
