Nurse - Night Shift Unit Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Night Shift Unit team at McLaren Health Care. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of [State].
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a Night Shift Unit.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
