Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: North America

Role Overview:

  • Oversee a team of up to 15 personnel in the Maintenance department
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities and machinery for peak production efficiency
  • Lead preventative maintenance initiatives to reduce operational downtime
  • Engage in the training and development of staff members
  • Assist engineering teams with scheduling and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on enhancement strategies
  • Foster open communication for prompt resolution of equipment issues
  • Maintain detailed engineering documentation for quality assurance purposes
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in bakery maintenance
  • Proficient in interpreting production schedules and safety protocols
