Compensation: $43-46/hour with optional benefits and paid time off

Position Summary
The Industrial Process Engineer will utilize engineering principles and methodologies to tackle challenges in factory layout and production operations. This role encompasses the creation of engineering schematics, interpretation of blueprints, and assurance that manufacturing processes adhere to quality benchmarks.
Core Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Evaluate time, motion, methods, and efficiency in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rates and improve productivity.
- Quality Control: Analyze engineering schematics, blueprints, and formulas; work collaboratively with management or engineering teams to define quality and reliability criteria.
- Documentation Assessment: Ensure that logs, product processing sheets, and specification documents comply with quality assurance standards.
- Work Coordination: Aid in organizing work assignments based on employee performance, machine capabilities, production timelines, and expected delays.
- Visual Documentation: Develop charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, facility layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.
- Equipment Assessment: Monitor equipment operation to confirm it meets quality assurance standards and is properly serviced.
- Time Analysis: Observe tasks to determine time requirements and fatigue levels, utilizing timing devices.
- Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to validate or identify discrepancies from established standards.
Essential Skills
- Exceptional creativity, communication (both verbal and written), and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented team player capable of producing sketches, engineering drawings, and performing standard calculations.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Experience with engineering-related software applications, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

Typical Responsibilities
- Support activities on the production floor.

- Communicate shift-related issues to the subsequent team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on equipment, components, and quality standards.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant professional experience is required.
