The Overnight Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring guests experience a welcoming and enjoyable stay. This position involves delivering exceptional front desk service while adhering to the standards of our esteemed brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Welcome guests and manage hotel registration along with other transactions.
  • Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Address guest feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel operations by reviewing the communication log.
  • Compile end-of-shift reports and communications for management and subsequent shifts.
  • Handle reservations in line with the hotel's revenue management strategies.
  • Process guest credit transactions at check-in, adhering to hotel policies and privacy standards.
  • May be tasked with managing incoming calls to the hotel.
  • Document special billing requests and communicate them to the Accounting department.
  • Secure necessary approvals and signatures for guest transactions.
  • Adhere to hotel cash handling policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality of guest information is maintained.
  • Responsible for executing the night audit process and all related reporting.
Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel front desk operations is advantageous.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
