Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at the St. Petersburg Free Clinic. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms, performing administrative support functions for grant compliance, and providing technical assistance to staff and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and reporting for SPFC programs, including food programs, health center, dental center, and other initiatives.
  • Perform frequent data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and quality of data inputs and client or patient files.
  • Complete internal logs and monthly reporting documents, support grant reporting, and data-related grant management components.
  • Respond to data reporting requests from SPFC programs and grant-related initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure proper data capture and entry.
  • Support community research, mapping, and need assessment to ensure program delivery is data-driven and meets specific community needs.
  • Familiarity with local data relevant to programmatic outcomes, such as ALICE reports and Community Health Needs Assessments.
  • Assist with implementing organization-wide outcomes, program-specific outcomes, measurables, and evaluation plans.
  • Support grant writing and narrative grant reports.
  • Contribute to a positive culture within the organization by fostering teamwork and promoting SPFC values.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel programming.
  • Capability to use a broad range of technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in an administrative support role preferred.
