Job Title: Membership, Admin & Data Integrity Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Membership, Admin & Data Integrity Specialist to join our team at Stellar MLS. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Realtor and Office Records, making listing changes and corrections in the MLS database, and adhering to the compliance of Stellar Rules and Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding questions on Memberships, MLS fees, MLS listings, and compliance of MLS rules and regulations.
  • Take a high volume of calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist customers with understanding Stellar's Rules and Regulations, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate membership records from Shareholder Associations, processing new member and office applications, and monitoring membership database exceptions/imports.
  • Work with LSC staff to ensure member records are accurate, and file MLS exclusion forms and complete listing changes in the Multiple Listing Service database.
  • Monitor and reply to emails and compliance notices within 1 business day turnaround time, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Previous real estate, sales, or title experience preferred
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to learn proprietary software
  • Proper phone etiquette and effective (active) listening skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Sound judgement and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Team-player, that can also effectively work independently
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
