About the Role

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Construction Equipment Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of medium and heavy-duty equipment, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Assist in training new employees and develop training programs.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in construction rental or equipment maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
