As an Operations Associate II, you will be responsible for processing new accounts, incoming and outgoing transfers, and file maintenance requests with accuracy and efficiency. You will also provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and keeping them informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new client accounts diligently, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their accounts, transfers, and file maintenance requests.
  • Proactively address client concerns, conduct thorough research, and provide clear and concise solutions both internally and externally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify information, request necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain accurate client account information by updating records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Process returned mail efficiently and prepare outgoing client documents for mailing.
  • Coordinate the transfer of cash and assets between successor custodians, adhering to established procedures.
  • Verify information meticulously to ensure accuracy and timely processing of transfer requests.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the retirement and/or financial industries.
  • Proven experience in a customer-driven environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic typing skills (45 WPM preferred).
  • Familiarity with IRS guidelines is a plus.
