The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned associate with 4+ years of experience to join our energy project development and finance practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US project development and finance with distributed and utility scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal expertise and practical business counseling
  • Advise clients on a wide variety of issues affecting commercial, financial, and industrial enterprises
  • Develop and execute strategies for complex project financings
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted or eligible for admission in MA, DC, NY, or CA
  • At least four years of project finance experience at a law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities
