We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to support the execution of direct marketing activities for our telecommunications program. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach, driving customer engagement, and increasing participation in our program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to engage local consumers and decision-makers.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our telecommunications program and address customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
  • Generate leads through business referral opportunities and nurture them to convert prospects into program participants.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and advocacy.
