Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic initiatives and support the growth of our organization. As the VP of Human Resources, you will lead efforts to scale our workforce, develop and implement HR strategies, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business growth and expansion.
  • Design and implement efficient recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture across all locations.
  • Implement HR technologies and processes that scale with the business while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop employee relations programs and ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple sites.
  • Create competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead efforts to integrate new locations and teams while managing change as the organization grows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience leading HR strategy in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with HR technologies and systems implementation.
