Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Custodian to join our team in Brooklyn Center, MN. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for providing a clean, sanitary, and safe facility for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning of specified areas to meet each facility's needs
  • Window washing, sanitizing, and dusting
  • Floor care, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  • General waste disposal and cleaning restrooms
  • Completion of daily reports for work completed
  • Collaboration with on-site staff to complete daily tasks

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation, starting at $16.00 per hour
  • Full benefits package, including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, vacation, and mileage reimbursement
  • $100 employee referral bonus

Requirements:

  • Possess and maintain valid certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
  • Ability to pass a standard background check, including E-Verify
  • Ability to operate minor equipment and read instructions associated with the equipment
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision required
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
