Pk Property Services Llc is seeking a motivated and reliable Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their facilities are clean, sanitary, and safe.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of specified areas to meet each facility's needs
• Window washing, sanitizing, and dusting
• Floor care, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal and cleaning restrooms
• Completion of daily reports for work completed
• Collaboration with on-site staff to complete daily tasks

Requirements:

• Possess and maintain valid certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
• Ability to pass a standard background check, including E-Verify
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimal supervision

Salary: $16.00 per hour
