The Residential Land Survey Specialist will be tasked with:
  • Accurately executing field surveys.
  • Employing appropriate surveying equipment.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and project managers.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to survey assistants.
  • Interpreting deeds and plats proficiently.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
  • Traveling efficiently to various job sites.
  • Staying updated on surveying methodologies and construction practices.
  • Maintaining a clean driving record and possessing a valid driver's license.

  • Experience with Trimble surveying tools.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Aspirations to become a Professional Surveyor or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT).
  • Possession of personal surveying equipment and Total Station is advantageous.
