Job Summary

The Information Systems Technician is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and troubleshooting network infrastructure issues. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and provide high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain software and hardware for end-users
  • Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues and provide technical support
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide training and support for end-users on company software and hardware
  • Assist in strategic planning for the department and provide recommendations for security and technological enhancements
Requirements
  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, electronics, or a closely related field
  • 2+ years experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
