About the Role- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and counselors to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to close the COVID-19 learning gap and support students in reaching their full potential.
- Supervise and train part-time teachers to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning environment.
- Review student learning programs to assess progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Confer with parents to discuss student progress, next steps, and additional educational needs.
- Meet with school teachers and counselors to support student progress.
- Meet with students to gather feedback and tailor their educational experience.
- Teach students as needed.
- A completed, 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3+ years experience in management, customer service, and/or education.
- Excellent communication skills and empathic approach.
- Ability to build relationships and advocate for student needs.
- Teaching/tutoring and/or ACT/SAT experience desired, but not required.
