Director of Student Success

Huntington Learning Center of Blaine is a leading provider of educational services, dedicated to helping students achieve academic success for over 45 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team as a Director of Student Success.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and counselors to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to close the COVID-19 learning gap and support students in reaching their full potential.
  • Supervise and train part-time teachers to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review student learning programs to assess progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Confer with parents to discuss student progress, next steps, and additional educational needs.
  • Meet with school teachers and counselors to support student progress.
  • Meet with students to gather feedback and tailor their educational experience.
  • Teach students as needed.
Requirements
  • A completed, 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years experience in management, customer service, and/or education.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathic approach.
  • Ability to build relationships and advocate for student needs.
  • Teaching/tutoring and/or ACT/SAT experience desired, but not required.
