Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Clerk to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Human Resource Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll documentation, including researching, verifying, and filing daily time reports, time and pay adjustments, and payroll edits.
  • Assist with human resource functions, including preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing reports, documents, and logs to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Respond to issues and questions related to payroll, benefits, and employment.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, keying, faxing, answering phones, and entering data in multiple systems.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain logs, and prepare, review, and analyze reports and other paperwork.
  • Process human resources reports and documents, and prepare, review, and analyze reports.
  • Assist with the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and drug screens, completing reference checks, and processing new hires, terminations, and transfers.
  • Assist with employment-related paperwork and data entry work, including processing information, completing required forms, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities, or 1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities using computer applications, or 1 year's coursework in Human Resource related field and 1 year's experience in computer applications, or 1 year's experience in human resource activities and 1 year's experience in computer applications.
  • Preferred qualifications include benefits, clerical, compensation, customer service, financial reporting, human resources, managing departmental payroll, Microsoft Office, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Warehouse Management Systems.
