Key Responsibilities:

What you will be responsible for:

  • Support the management of projects and initiatives that align with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy of the organization.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate DEI into talent management, learning, and engagement initiatives, fostering a community where individuals feel valued, respected, and have equal opportunities to excel.
  • Work alongside leadership to develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies that drive progress.
  • Assist in the creation and management of DEI initiatives, monitor outcomes, and communicate results to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Act as the primary DEI resource for employees, including management.
  • Coordinate and oversee all Employee Resource Groups (ERG), including ongoing ERG committees and Diversity Council meetings and events.
  • Drive project goals through structured project plans; manage implementation tasks, and create processes, documentation, and communications for program launch and ongoing support.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops to enhance Culture & Inclusion within leadership training programs.
  • Establish meaningful relationships across the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and enhance awareness of DEI as a business priority.
  • Maintain strong connections with internal stakeholders, external organizations, and sister brands to advance Culture and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Communicate the objectives and outcomes of the program to ensure leadership's understanding and support of all Culture & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, Swift Charities, and leadership to assist in the development, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide Culture and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Support the creation of presentations, communications, and marketing materials for diverse audiences and purposes.
  • Work with leadership to incorporate current social media trends that promote our culture, products, and services.
  • Research the latest trends and best practices in Culture & Inclusion.
  • Proactively assist others in achieving the organization's goals.

Qualifications:

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion, Project Management, and Program Management.
  • Proven project management experience with a successful track record of executing initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Experience with social media platforms is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to build trust, collaborate, and negotiate across diverse cultures, markets, employees, and leaders.
  • Capability to influence and lead change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Aptitude to influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions that align with the organization's objectives.

Compensation:

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
